What is the difference between cow and buffalo ghee?
Cow ghee is golden, lighter and has a nutty aroma — ideal for everyday cooking. Buffalo ghee is white, thicker and richer, and is preferred for sweets, halwa and frying.
Why has my honey turned solid?
Pure honey naturally crystallises in cooler weather. Place the closed jar in a bowl of lukewarm water for a few minutes and it will turn runny again. Do not microwave.
How long do pinni and panjiri stay fresh?
Stored in an airtight container away from moisture, they keep well for several weeks. The best-before date is printed on every pack.
Are AKAAL attars alcohol-free?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered in 3–7 working days, depending on your pin code. You will receive a tracking link by SMS or email.
Is there free delivery?
Yes — delivery is free on orders above the amount shown in the announcement bar. A small delivery charge applies below that.
Can I return a food product?
For hygiene reasons, opened food products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel or change an order before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
