These terms apply to every purchase on rajubhaikidukan.com, operated by Prabh Healthy Drinks. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

We sell food products under the PHD brand and fragrances under the AKAAL brand. Product photos are for illustration; the colour and texture of natural products such as ghee, honey and jaggery can vary between batches. Pack sizes and ingredients are listed on each product page and on the pack.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. We may change prices without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Payment options are shown at checkout.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount.

Use of products

Please read labels before use. If you have food allergies, check the ingredients. AKAAL fragrances are for external use only — do a patch test, avoid eyes and broken skin, and keep away from children and flames.

Intellectual property

The PHD and AKAAL names, logos, photos and text on this website belong to Prabh Healthy Drinks and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Add city, Punjab have jurisdiction.
