Where we deliver

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery normally takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Festive-season and sale periods may add a day or two.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, a delivery charge of ₹79 applies and is shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by SMS, email or WhatsApp. You can also check your order in My account.

Packaging

Glass jars and fragrance bottles are packed with cushioning. If a parcel looks damaged when it arrives, please take a photo before opening and contact us.

Failed delivery

If a delivery fails because the address is incorrect or nobody is available after repeated attempts, the courier may return the parcel. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery; extra delivery charges may apply.
