Food products (PHD)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used food products — ghee, honey, shakkar, gur, pinni, panjiri, biscuits or haldi.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, expired or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or refund you.
Fragrances (AKAAL)
Unopened AKAAL products with the seal intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Gift boxes
Gift boxes are packed to order and cannot be returned unless an item is damaged or incorrect.
How refunds work
- Once approved, refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer or UPI to an account you share with us.
- Delivery charges are refunded only when the problem was on our side.
